6 min · 5 steps · for everyone

  1. Step 1

    Record or import

Start recording from the desktop app or your phone at the beginning of the meeting. If you already have an audio file, simply drop it into the thread. Let the participants know that the meeting is being recorded.

  2. Step 2

    Choose the language

Specify the language spoken: French, German, Italian, English, Spanish or Portuguese. The transcription is computed in Geneva and appears in the thread once it is ready.

  3. Step 3

    Ask for the minutes

Specify the structure you expect. Learnya relies only on what was said and flags any points left unclear.

TypeWrite the minutes of this meeting: participants, points discussed, decisions, actions with owner and deadline. Then prepare a follow-up email to the participants. Try in Learnya
  4. Step 4

    Review in Documents

Open the minutes in Documents. Correct a name or a deadline, then export to Word or PDF if you need to archive them.

  5. Step 5

    Approve the follow-up email

Learnya shows you the email with the minutes attached. Check the recipients and click “Approve” to send it.
