The request
Prepare the pack for the board of directors meeting on 28 October from the documents in the Board Q3 project: the quarter’s financial summary, progress on the three priority projects and the decision points. Make a deck of no more than twelve slides with the company theme. Add a two-page memo for the directors, with the decisions expected on the first page.
