Confidentiality and sovereignty

Using AI means entrusting it with information: documents, emails, meeting notes, sometimes data about people. Knowing where this information goes and what happens to it is not a technical detail. It is a condition for working on real cases.

What Learnya guarantees

• The data and the models are in Switzerland. Learnya is developed by WorkStreams Sàrl, in Geneva.
• Your content is never used to train the models.
• Audio transcription, dictation and speech synthesis are processed in Geneva.
• An organisation can install Learnya on its own servers, even without internet access.
• You can export your data yourself, without having to submit a request.

These guarantees apply to every use: on the web, in the desktop app and on the phone. You do not have to choose between convenience and confidentiality depending on the device you use.

Not training the models on your content means that what you write to Learnya does not become knowledge of the model, accessible to other users. Your memory and your knowledge library serve your work, and only your work.

Organisation settings

In an organisation, the administration manages members, the admin, member and read-only roles, and groups. The console defines spaces, assistants, skills, tools and restrictions. Sign-in can go through single sign-on with Microsoft Entra ID or OpenID Connect, and accounts are protected with passkeys and two-factor authentication.

For training, groups can use pseudonyms. Lifting a pseudonym follows a logged procedure, which makes it possible to measure retention without exposing people.
